A. Exclusion of liability
- This website is maintained for your information and at your service. It is processed with all due diligence. However, liability for the completeness, selection and correctness of the information contained in electronic links, articles in various sections and the image database cannot be accepted.
- The operator accepts no liability for third party content linked to this page and is unaware of any legal infringement perpetrated by linked web pages. Electronic links will be removed if any legal infringement is brought to the attention of the operator.

B. Utilisation right
- Image material is made available either physically or via download or transmission exclusively for further use by active customers of Kaindl and for agencies and partner companies authorised by Kaindl. The image material remains the property of Kaindl and may be used, for instance, to create sales documentation, templates, sketches, printed material, layouts and presentations and for press communications.
- It is prohibited to pass on the images to unauthorised third parties or to duplicate or redesign it without first obtaining Kaindl's written consent. This includes passing on links and other cross-references to images available on the Internet.
- Exclusive rights and embargos must be agreed separately.
- In general, the user is obligated to abide by the publishing principles of Austrian media law or comparable regulations of journalistic due diligence. The user is obligated to hold Kaindl harmless from third party claims and to bear the consequences of any legal infringements inter partes.
- The following actions require the previous consent of Kaindl:
a) Mass reproduction of image material;
b) Storing image material in online databases or other electronic archives that are accessible to third parties;
c) forwarding image material to unauthorised third parties on CD-ROM or similar data carriers. - All digital images stored in electronic archives and on external data carriers must be deleted completely as soon as the user becomes obligated to return the image material or ceases to carry out business activities.

Every unauthorised duplication and/or distribution or provision to third parties represents an infringement against Austrian copyright law (UrhG).
- Reading out even insignificant components or data represents an illegal act of duplication and will be prosecuted before civil and criminal courts of law.

E. Final clause
- In the event one or more of the preceding stipulations should be or become invalid this shall have no affect on the remaining stipulations.
